5. Third-party integrations
An integration operates only within the permissions granted by the user, organization, and provider. Third-party services have separate terms, availability, and security practices. Aurora is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, outages, policy changes, or data.
You must not provide credentials or information you are not authorized to provide. You may revoke an integration through the provider or applicable Aurora controls.
6. Information and intellectual property
Aurora and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding, methods, and original materials. Subject to these Terms, Aurora grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose.
You retain rights in information you lawfully provide. You grant Aurora the rights reasonably needed to host, process, analyze, and return that information to deliver and secure the authorized service. Public-source information remains subject to its source rights and applicable law.
7. AI-generated and analytical outputs
Outputs may be incomplete, probabilistic, outdated, or incorrect. Aurora does not guarantee that a model, analysis, recommendation, forecast, or generated output is error-free, exhaustive, or fit for a particular consequential decision.
You are responsible for validating outputs, evidence, assumptions, permissions, and downstream effects. Consequential decisions require appropriate human judgment and professional review. Aurora does not autonomously make binding commitments on your behalf without authorized controls.
8. Confidentiality
Where non-public information is disclosed under circumstances that reasonably indicate confidentiality, each party should protect it with proportionate care and use it only for the authorized purpose. Separate written agreements control where they impose more specific obligations.
9. Availability, suspension, and termination
Aurora may modify, suspend, or discontinue a service for security, legal, operational, provider, or product reasons. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Aurora may restrict or terminate access for material breach, risk, nonpayment where applicable, unlawful use, or harm to Aurora, users, providers, or third parties. Users may stop using a service at any time, subject to applicable contractual obligations.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services and outputs are provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties that cannot be lawfully excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that law does not permit the parties to exclude.
To the extent permitted by law, Aurora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use a service. Any direct liability will be limited to an amount proportionate to the relevant service and agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies. These Terms do not create an arbitration obligation.
Aurora may update these Terms as services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
