HIRE THE COMPANY.
You bring the problem or the objective. Aurora coordinates and executes the work the outcome needs, inside defined limits.

Start with the problem
Growth that stalled. Pipeline nobody trusts. Acquisition cost climbing. A process that breaks every week. Aurora takes the problem as a mission and returns a defined outcome — not a proposal, a headcount plan, or a tool to operate.
Demand, acquisition, and the first move into a market.
Pipeline you can trust and revenue that stops leaking.
Positioning, acquisition economics, and competitive reading.
The workflow and systems work that unblocks execution.
Built for SMB and mid-market companies where building the full capability in-house would be slower and more expensive than the problem allows.
See the missionsA different operating contract
Not another layer of advice or software to operate. Coordinated business capacity moves against an outcome.
The buyable unit is the outcome
Aurora decides which capabilities the mission needs. You stay focused on the business outcome.

Selected prior work: Mastercard, through IKIGAIEvidence pack
Each pack is a real correction on this system, in four parts. Nothing here is illustrative.
Text on this site failed the WCAG AA contrast minimum on several surfaces. Low-vision visitors could not read parts of the page.
Colour tokens were chosen by eye and never measured. Nothing in the build computed the ratio between a token and the surface it renders on.
The failing tokens were raised to clear the 4.5:1 floor for normal text, with no change to the design language.
A contrast gate now parses the real token values out of the stylesheet and computes every pairing. It runs before every build, so a token that drops below 4.5:1 fails the deploy instead of reaching a visitor.
Switching language on the Spanish contact page returned a 404 — the visitor was lost at the exact moment they were trying to get in touch.
The language switch replaced the locale segment and nothing else. Contact is the one route whose slug is translated, so /es/contacto became /en/contacto, which does not exist.
The switch now maps the translated slug alongside the locale, so /es/contacto resolves to /en/contact.
Verifiable from this site: open the contact page in Spanish, switch to English, and the corrected route is what loads.

Your move
Mission first. Capacity second.
Aurora begins with a bounded mission. If the work proves useful, the same context can support the next mission or become continuous operating capacity.
One concrete business outcome
Coordinated work around that outcome
Context carried into the next move
An operating layer when continuity matters
